We will review your claim or potential insurance claim at no cost or obligation. We will physically inspect your damages and advise you on a potential insurance claim.
Your insurance company uses a licensed adjuster to estimate the damages to your home. Some of these adjusters work directly for the insurance companies, others are "independent" third parties. ALL of their adjusters have a fiduciary responsibility to the insruance company, not to you. Even your agent has a fiduciary duty to the insurance carrier. Due to the nature of this relationship, oftentimes claims are underpaid. We are licensed to represent YOU directly and negotiate with your insurance carrier. This is your legal right and will in no way harm your relationship with your insurance carrier.
We can provide consultation, damage assessment and valuation services to policyholders, companies, insurance carriers and engineering or law firms. Our experts can provide accurate valuations no matter the scenario or loss. Investigating and valuating a loss can be a challenging endeavor after a natural disaster, or due to complexities and price fluctuations in the labor and material markets.
For our Public Adjusting services, our standard rate is 10% of the adjusted claim amount. This applies to the total claim amount in most circumstances. Fees may change depending on state (all services are billed hourly in Louisiana) and circumstances and will be stated clearly on our contract for you to review. Consulting services are usually billed by the hour, please contact us for additional information.
